Apartment bloc situated in " El Paseo Marítimo " of Roses, walking distance form the beach.
These apartment are in a building of 3 floors. They have either 1 or 2 bedrooms and can hold between 2 and 5 people.
All apartments have full central heating, t.v., dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave and hot plate. The kitchens are also basically equipped with utensils and cleaning items.
There is a communal terrace and also a storage room for windsurf equipment or bicycles.
These apartments are rented per week.
The apartment Stella Maris are situated in a place ideal to enjoy the beach especially in the summer but also throughout the entire year.
Close to the apartment there are many cultural centers such as The Dalí Museum. Also close by you have natural parks such as " Aiguamolls de l´Empordà". In tis area ther are many opportunities to do different sports such as windsurf, diving, sailing and skydiving.
Services and prices include making beds, cleaning and linen, such as towels, bed sheet, tablecloth, etc.
