| A governing body has been set up in order to obtain the best possible management of ATA. This body is made up of three different sections:
The General Assembly made up of all its ATA members that gather together each year at the Annual General meeting. Its tasks include amongst things: choose a board of directors that manage the Association during a four-year period (with the option of re-election), approve budget proposals, discuss strategies, plans and specific plans of action proposed by the board of directors for the following year.
The Promotion and Advising Council made up of members of the Board of Directors as well as five associate members chosen by the Board. This council meets annually and its main raison d’etre is to be a forum for debate and act as a source for new ideas, suggestions, projects and proposals. It is made up of:

| The Board of Directors is made up of a team of professionals with ample experience in the market sector. The Board meets every month in order to manage ATA. The Board’s tasks include the implementation and evaluation of projects, the setting up of new plans of action, the application for extra funding, and the day to day management of the Association.
