Paperwork, documentation and bureaucratic proceedings

ATA can assist with all the paperwork and bureaucratic proceeding to obtain formal recognition for any new members if there is a need. ATA can also do all the paperwork that applies to the arrival of new members and departure of old members, written bank guarantees, changes of ownership and direct debits etc. All the paperwork is sent to and registered with the REAT (The Register of Tourist Companies and Activities) of the Territorial Tourist Service of Girona.

Also included within this service is the negotiation and presentation of documents for suitable bail insurance cover through a trade agreement with TAEDS specially tailored for those members who cannot obtain a written bank guarantee, as well as the support of our members by the Council for Consumer Arbitration.
