Promotion and advertising
Promotion is considered to be a key element amongst the tasks carried out by ATA. The Association has a series of media contacts at its disposal that help its members reach more clients. The main resources employed are this web site, the printing of a catalogue, the edition of a CD, our participation in both national and international trade fairs. Promotion also includes liasing with official tourist bodies such as Spanish tourist offices, Catalan tourist information centres and municipal tourist boards.
The Association also takes part in specific promotions that help its members such as workshops and familiarisation cultural exchange trips, aimed at tour operators and travel agents. These are all organised by the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava – Girona, Turisme de Catalunya and Turespaña.
