Independent apartment

Independent accommodation in owners’ communities in flats. These may have outside communal facilities.

Resort Apartment

Accommodation inside the same building or complex in which at least 70% of the apartments are for rental. Centralised administration. 24 hour client service and open at least 4 months per year with regular cleaning and laundry services. These may have outside communal facilities. If a restaurant is available, this service is not included in the accommodation price.

Bungalow

Detached or semi-detached house located in towns or villages in lineal construction. These are not pre-fabricated homes, and stone is the main building material utilised. Direct entrance from the exterior. These may or may not be offered with outside communal facilities. Sufficient space for car parking.

Terraced House

An independent house located in open areas near other houses or in town centres. Individual architecture with a small surrounding garden and sufficient space for car parking.

Villa

A large, spacious house, detached on all sides, independent and located in open spaces or in extensive estate but never in town centres. high standard, quality architecture. Private garden surrounding the home and sufficient space for car parking.
