Do you have a second home in the Girona county area?

Why not offer your second home as a vacation home for rent through one of our associated agencies and:

• You will be able to enjoy your property during your holidays
• You will be able to earn money from your second home while you are not there.
• You will be able to afford all expenses relating to second homes which you have to pay for, even though you do not use them (electricity, water, community charges, etc.).

Here is what you have to do: Tell your chosen ATA agency the time you want to use your second home. During the rest of the year the agency will look after rental proceedings, find clients and carry out all the necessary paperwork.
