Customer care

One of the most important and outstanding facets of ATA is the customer care of its members. The customer care service is led by a team of professionals who are trained to answer any relevant queries the members may have. This customer care service is available in all the different services the Association offers:

• Paperwork, documentation and bureaucratic proceedings.
• Documentation to apply for authority to let.
• Legal and financial advice.
• Training sessions for members.
• Promotion and advertising.
• Trade agreements with companies outside the association.
• Finding new members.
• Reservation and booking statistics.
• Entities that work in co-operation with ATA.

As well as offering these services, members are continually updated through regular newsletters with all the latest developments and issues that affect the market. These newsletters cover specific as well as more general topics such as legal financial points, warnings concerning swindles, bankrupt tour operators or travel agencies, discounts offered by outside companies that work in association with ATA…
The Association also prepares an ATA annual report and press information pack. The press pack contains cuttings of all the outstanding aspects reported in the press during the year. These reports are made available to members at the annual Ordinary General Meeting.
