The date of arrival cannot be on Sunday or on a holiday, but you can leave any day. If you prefer, you can contact us, asking for more information or details about which type of lodging you want (number of people, period, etc.), so that we can suggest you several lodgings available. If you have already seen several descriptions, we suggest you to choose 4 or 5 by your preference order, to be able to give you the first one available, when we shall receive your demand. In the list of short des descriptions with photos there are also the LOWEST AND HIGHEST PRICES for 14 nights. Evidently, they are for the lowest and highest seasons. We have put it only to give an idea, so that the user won time before going to the screen “book now” of the lodging he prefers, as well for the description than for the orientation of prices. Even if you do not want to do your booking and payment on-line, this option will let you know the price of a lodging for the period chosen, before you decide or not to give the numbers of your credit/debit card. If your booking is for more than 28 days, perhaps we shall be able to apply a reduction to the price you will have seen in this web. We would confirm this to you by phone, e-mail, fax or letter, as you prefer.
If you want to book on line, you will be obliged to note you credit or debit card where the amount of the first payment will be debited. We shall confirm you the definitive booking before 4 days. If, exceptionally, there was a problem or mistake that unable us to confirm you the booking, we should contact you before 4 days, giving you several alternatives and returning you immediately the total amount you have sent, if you do not want another lodging. We should return you the money by transfer to the account number you would tell us, if this special case arrive, because the security of the system on-line does not give us any number or detail of your credit/debit card. We are very interested in having no problem that obliges us to cancel a booking, mainly for the trouble of our client and, also, for the bank fees we ought to pay.
